1) 5 ROTURAS EN EL GASODUCTODurante los primeros 18 meses del funcionamiento del gasoducto, han habido 5 roturas y derrames, uno de los cuáles provocó una explosión. El primer derrame ocurrió el 22 de diciembre del 2004, una semana antes del desembolso de todo el préstamo por parte del BID.

1) Five Pipeline RupturesThere have been five pipeline ruptures and spills in the first 18 months of the pipeline’s operation, one of which caused an explosion. The first spill took place on December 22, 2004, one week prior to the IDB’s disbursement of the entire loan.
